Liability and Hold Harmless Release:  

The Applicant recognizes that participation in the RocketCity Scottish Festival and Highland Games (RCSF&HG) involves risk of physical injury, including that caused by the negligence of the Participants/Applicants, Madison County, Town of New Market, Sharon Johnson Park, or the RCSF&HG. By signing herein, the Applicant(s)/Participant(s) voluntarily releases, waives, and relinquishes any and all current or future claims against Madison County, the city of New Market, Sharon Johnson Park, or the RCSF&HG for personal injury, property damage or  

wrongful death occurring to the Applicant(s)/Participant(s) arising out of participation in the Festival/Games, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Madison County, The City of New Market and RCSF&HG from any claim against these entities for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death to the Applicant(s)/Participant(s), to the extent allowed by law.
